🎯 Objective

Generate real WhatsApp conversations that lead to actual sales for a luxury car page. The primary goal was not just traffic — it was qualified buyers ready to talk.

🔎 Strategy

  • Campaign segmentation based on car models (BMW – Range Rover – and others)
  • Targeting cold audiences with interests in luxury cars and strong purchasing behavior
  • Retargeting warm audiences: engaged users and page visitors
  • Daily performance optimization — pausing high-cost ads immediately
  • Gradual scaling of the best-performing campaigns

📈 Results

640 WhatsApp Conversations Reach: 204,532 Impressions: 447,670 Avg. CPL: 18.21 EGP Total Spend: 16,655.85 EGP Best CPL: 10.89 EGP

💡 What Made the Difference?

We weren't just selling cars — we were selling trust, luxury, and exclusivity. Optimization was continuous: pausing the highest-cost ads, increasing budgets for top performers, and constant testing of creatives and copy.

📌 Conclusion: With a budget of around 18K EGP, we generated 640 highly interested potential buyers. Some campaigns achieved a cost per conversation as low as 10.89 EGP — a very strong number in the high-ticket luxury car market. This proves that the right strategy always beats a bigger budget.

🎯 Objective

Generate qualified WhatsApp conversations that convert into real sales for a luxury car brand. Focus on high-ticket models: GLC200, GLC300 Coupe, E200, and BMW.

🔎 Strategy

  • Campaign segmentation based on car models (GLC200 – GLC300 Coupe – E200 – BMW)
  • Targeting users interested in luxury cars with strong purchasing behavior
  • Retargeting engaged users and page visitors to maximize conversion
  • Daily optimization to progressively reduce cost per conversation
  • Scaling the highest-performing campaigns aggressively

📈 Results

536 WhatsApp Conversations Reach: 125,305 Impressions: 247,800 Avg. CPL: 14.01 EGP Total Spend: 7,508.47 EGP Best CPL: 8.72 EGP

💡 Key Success Factor

We didn't rely on a single ad. We consistently tested multiple creatives and copy variations while optimizing performance on a daily basis. The combination of precise audience segmentation and relentless creative testing was the key.

📌 Conclusion: With a budget of around 7,500 EGP, we generated 536 highly qualified potential buyers. This proves that the right strategy and proper audience segmentation make a bigger difference than anything else — even in a highly competitive, high-ticket market.

Luxury Auto Dealership — Messaging Campaign

Total Reach
14.61

Best Cost/Conv. (EGP)

🎯 Objective

Turn ad spend into real WhatsApp and Messenger conversations for a multi-brand dealership — Range Rover, Mercedes (GLC, GLE, GLS), and BMW (X3, X4) — with people who were actually ready to talk about buying.

🔎 Approach

  • Split campaigns by model instead of running one broad audience for everything
  • Targeted people already showing interest in comparable luxury vehicles
  • Checked cost-per-conversation daily and paused ad sets that weren't holding up
  • Shifted budget toward whichever model was converting best that week

📈 Results

1,250+ Messaging Conversations Reach: 163,195 Impressions: 421,160 Avg. Cost/Conversation: 14.61 EGP Total Spend: 20,845 EGP Best: 7.49 EGP (BMW X3)

💡 Worth Noting

Cost per conversation varied a fair amount by model — from 7.49 EGP on the BMW X3 up into the low 20s on slower-moving ones. That spread is normal in a market this specific; the useful part was catching it early per ad set and reallocating budget rather than letting a weak one run for weeks.

📌 Conclusion: Across 11 ad sets and about 20,845 EGP in spend, the account produced 1,250+ qualified conversations — most of them under 15 EGP each. Nothing dramatic, just consistent model-by-model optimization on an account that's still running.

🎯 Objective

Generate qualified leads across several residential and resort developments, running in parallel across Egypt and the Saudi market at the same time.

🔎 Approach

  • Separate campaigns per project and per market — Egypt and KSA buyers don't behave the same way
  • Lead-form ads instead of website clicks, to keep cost down and qualify intent earlier
  • Weekly review of cost-per-lead by market, shifting budget toward whichever was cheaper that week
  • Creative refreshes whenever a project's ad set started showing fatigue

📈 Results

163 Leads (Form) Reach: 107,653 Impressions: 255,804 Avg. CPL: 494.70 EGP Total Spend: 80,636 EGP Best CPL: 370.19 EGP

💡 Worth Noting

The Saudi-targeted ad sets consistently landed a lower cost per lead than the Egyptian ones on the same projects — a pattern worth keeping in mind when splitting future budget between the two markets.

📌 Conclusion: 163 leads across 17 ad sets at an average of 494.70 EGP, with the best-performing set landing under 371 EGP. Real estate lead costs move around a lot week to week, so this is closer to a steady account average than one lucky campaign.

Website Purchases (KSA)
4.31
Avg. Cost/Conv. (EGP)
2.37
Best Cost/Conv. (EGP)

🎯 Objective

Support an online store selling in two markets at once — Egypt, where a Messenger conversation usually comes before a sale, and Saudi Arabia, where checkout intent from ads is typically more direct.

🔎 Approach

  • Ran messaging-conversation campaigns in Egypt to start a conversation before asking for a purchase
  • Ran a separate website-purchase campaign for the Saudi audience instead of forcing one funnel on both
  • Kept the two markets in separate campaigns since cost and behavior differed enough to need it
  • Let the cheapest-performing Egypt ad set absorb more budget once it proved out

📈 Results

1,082 Messaging Conversations (Egypt) 141 Website Purchases (KSA) Avg. Cost/Conversation: 4.31 EGP Purchase Campaign: 16.21 SAR/purchase Best: 2.37 EGP

💡 Worth Noting

The Egypt side stayed under 5 EGP per conversation across all three ad sets, dropping as low as 2.37 EGP on the best one. The Saudi purchase campaign ran at 16.21 SAR per purchase — not directly comparable since it's a harder action, an actual sale rather than a conversation.

📌 Conclusion: Two markets, two different funnels, both kept efficient on their own terms instead of forcing one strategy across both.
